How do I return an item to Nancy's Notions?

(M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (CT).
Returns & Exchanges:
It is not necessary to call for a return authorization number (RA#). However, having a RA# speeds up the processing of your return or exchange.
Send returns via UPS, FedEx, or First Class mail. Nancy's Notions is not responsible for lost returned packages.
Shipping charges will not be applied for an even exchange of the same item. However, shipping charges will apply to exchanges for new items.
Damaged or defective merchandise: Contact customer service for replacement.
Refunds:
If your original order was paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card.
If your order was paid by check, a refund will arrive in 1-2 weeks after processing. The check will be sent from our parent company, the Tacony Corporation in Fenton, MO.
