Elastic for waistlines
- Cut elastic 2 – 3" smaller than your waistline.
- Check to see that this length stretches over your hips.
- Join the elastic ends to form a ring, overlapping 1/2".
- Turn both raw edges under and stitch a rectangle using a tiny zig zag stitch.
