Learn how to use your Cotton Theory Quilting scraps to make a reversible tote
  1. Select your favorite scraps from your Cotton Theory Quilted Jacket project
  2. Trim seams to 1/4", fold and stitch with one-way street seams
  3. Create connector strips to join the quilted pieces together
  4. Continue these simple steps until you've reached the desired tote size
