| Use this handy Felting Needle Mat for smooth punching and little resistance when punching larger fancy work pieces like sweaters and mufflers. It allows the fibers of the appliqué to mesh well with the base fabric. The bristle length on this mat provides the ideal hardness and density for punching. Try it on knit handiwork, sweaters and garments, wall hangings, throws, rugs, and more. Suitable materials for the appliqué include: felt sheet with a minimum of 50% wool content, raw wool, wool yarn, and woven wool fabric. Suitable materials for use as the base fabric include: wool knit, woven wool fabric, felt sheet (acrylic and similar), woven or knitted cotton fabric. Measures 4-1/4" x 6-1/4"; 1-3/4" high. |

Shipping Restrictions:
Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. These items cannot ship via Express 2nd Day Delivery, nor can they ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to their size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached.
Oversized Shipping Charges
Some oversized or overweight large items cost considerably more to ship and require additional shipping charges. The fee is in addition to the Standard Delivery Rate.
CANADIAN DELIVERY
Add $10 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. Packages should arrive in approximately 7 to 14 days. Express Delivery, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.
International Shipping Rates & Information
Add $15 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. Some countries have a size restriction; please be aware of your country's limitations before ordering. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.
Back-ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.
Electrical items, such as irons, and ALL items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order.
Uninsurable Countries
Nancy's Notions makes every attempt to package merchandise for optimum protection. However, if your country is uninsurable by the US Postal Service (see below), Nancy's Notions will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; Nancy's Notions will not refund money or replace merchandise at no charge if you live in any of these countries.
