Fabrics, batting, and quilting take a new direction as Nancy and quilter/artist Frieda Anderson combine hand dyed fabrics, paper-backed web, and decorative threads in vibrant art quilts. They guide you through the design process, then fuse fabrics and add simple machine stitching.
• Take a fresh approach to quilting by using raw edge fusing to make unique quilts. Nancy and fiber artist Laura Wasilowski use fabrics with complementary colors and assorted values, a very stiff fusible backing, free form cutting and improvisational placement to design and fuse the elements of whimsical quilts. As a final touch, Laura adds hand embroidered accents.
• Learn novel finishing techniques for contemporary fused art quilts. Nancy and guest Freida Anderson and Laura Wasilowski offer fusible options for finishing the edges of their quilts, using bindings cut with decorative rotary cutting blades as well as wrapped and curved bindings. Both demonstrate hanging and stippling options and present quilts showcases.

Shipping Restrictions:

Large Item Delivery Fees:
Some oversized or overweight large items cost considerably more to ship and require additional shipping charges. The fee is in addition to the Standard Delivery Rate. For example: $125 ($15) - the item is $125; the large item delivery fee is $15.

Canadian Delivery
Add $9 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. Packages should arrive in approximately 7 to 14 days. Express Delivery, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.

Add $15 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. Back ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.

Uninsurable Countries

1. Can I return software? Yes, even after you've installed the software on your computer. Simply uninstall the software and return the complete package.

2. Can I return embroidery designs? Yes, go ahead and break the package seal. If you don't care for how your new designs stitch, return the opened CD. Simply delete any designs you already loaded to your computer, memory cards, jump drives, or sewing machine.

3. Can I return cut fabric? Yes. Go ahead. Prewash and cut your fabric. If you don't like how it sews, return it. It's that simple.
