Shipping Restrictions:
Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. These items cannot ship via Express Delivery (Next/2nd Day Air), nor can they ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to their size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached.

Large Item Delivery Fees:
Some oversized or overweight large items cost considerably more to ship and require additional shipping charges. The fee is in addition to the Standard Delivery Rate. On the website, large item fees are displayed in the product description. In the catalog, large item fees are shown in parentheses next to the item's price. For example: $125 ($15) - the item is $125; the large item delivery fee is $15.

Canadian Delivery
Add $9 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. Packages should arrive in approximately 7 to 14 days. Express Delivery, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.

International Shipping Rates & Information
Add $15 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. Some counties have a size restriction; please be aware of your country's limitations before ordering. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.

Back ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.

Electrical items, such as irons, and ALL items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order.

Uninsurable Countries
Nancy's Notions makes every attempt to package merchandise for optimum protection. However, if your country is uninsurable by the US Postal Service (see below), Nancy's Notions will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; Nancy's Notions will not refund money or replace merchandise at no charge if you live in any of these countries.

When you place an online order, you automatically accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise shipped by Nancy's Notions.

1. Can I return software? Yes, even after you've installed the software on your computer. Simply uninstall the software and return the complete package.

2. Can I return embroidery designs? Yes, go ahead and break the package seal. If you don't care for how your new designs stitch, return the opened CD. Simply delete any designs you already loaded to your computer, memory cards, jump drives, or sewing machine.

3. Can I return cut fabric? Yes. Go ahead. Prewash and cut your fabric. If you don't like how it sews, return it. It's that simple.
