Shipping Restrictions:

Large Item Delivery Fees:
Some oversized or overweight large items cost considerably more to ship and require additional shipping charges. The fee is in addition to the Standard Delivery Rate. On the website, large item fees are displayed in the product description. In the catalog, large item fees are shown in parentheses next to the item's price. For example: $125 ($15) - the item is $125; the large item delivery fee is $15.

Canadian Delivery
Add $9 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. Packages should arrive in approximately 7 to 14 days. Express Delivery, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.

Add $15 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. Some counties have a size restriction; please be aware of your country's limitations before ordering. Back ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.

Uninsurable Countries

1. Can I return software? Yes, even after you've installed the software on your computer. Simply uninstall the software and return the complete package.

2. Can I return embroidery designs? Yes, go ahead and break the package seal. If you don't care for how your new designs stitch, return the opened CD. Simply delete any designs you already loaded to your computer, memory cards, jump drives, or sewing machine.

3. Can I return cut fabric? Yes. Go ahead. Prewash and cut your fabric. If you don't like how it sews, return it. It's that simple.

• When working with quilted Iron Quick fabric, mark the outlines of each section you're cutting out on the fabric. Before cutting out the sections, place a drop or two of seam sealant where each quilted stitching line meets the traced outline. Allow the seam sealant to dry, then out the sections. This helps secure the quilted stitching lines and eliminates unsightly loose thread ends when you're finished.
• Use a size 80 universal needle
• Thread the top and bobbin of the machine with coordinating all-purpose thread
• Pin marks are permanent in Iron Quick fabric, so binding and hem clips are good substitutes. They firmly hold the edges in place, yet leave no marks on the fabric when they're removed.
• Adjust your machine for a longer stitch length (3.5 mm). Smaller stitches weaken the fabric.
• When placing Iron Quick for sewing projects, position the Iron Quick so the aluminized surface faces the expected heat source

How to use this guide: The back of the pattern envelope calls for 2-1/4 yards (2.10m) of 44"-45" (115cm) width fabric; the fabric you choose is 50" (127cm) wide. Find 2-1/4 yards (2.10m) under the 44"-45" (115cm) column and read across the same line to the 50" (127cm) column. You'll find that with that fabric width you need 2 yards (1.80m). Napped, one-way design fabrics or large pattern pieces may require additional yardage.
