  • At the 1/4" etched line on the tool are three holes that are designed to lower your sewing machine needle into
    • The first is right on the 1/4", the second is a scant to the right, and the third is a scant to the right of the second hole
    • The choice of three holes is so you can move your needle to the desired setting to get a "scant" 1/4"; the differences will give you the accuracy needed for any given fabric/thread combination you happen to be quilting with

Shipping Restrictions:
Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. These items cannot ship via Express Delivery (Next/2nd Day Air), nor can they ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to their size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached.

Large Item Delivery Fees:
Some oversized or overweight large items cost considerably more to ship and require additional shipping charges. The fee is in addition to the Standard Delivery Rate. On the website, large item fees are displayed in the product description. In the catalog, large item fees are shown in parentheses next to the item's price. For example: $125 ($15) - the item is $125; the large item delivery fee is $15.

Canadian Delivery
Add $9 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. Packages should arrive in approximately 7 to 14 days. Express Delivery, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees, and broker fees.

International Shipping Rates & Information
Add $15 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. All prices are in US funds. All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. Uninsurable Countries

1. Can I return software? Yes, even after you've installed the software on your computer. Simply uninstall the software and return the complete package.

2. Can I return embroidery designs? Yes, go ahead and break the package seal. If you don't care for how your new designs stitch, return the opened CD. Simply delete any designs you already loaded to your computer, memory cards, jump drives, or sewing machine.

3. Can I return cut fabric? Yes. Go ahead. Prewash and cut your fabric. If you don't like how it sews, return it. It's that simple.
