How do I return an item?
Complete the back of the packing slip that came with your order, include with your package, and address your package using the bottom portion of the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include another proof of purchase along with your name, address, phone number, and reason for return. Send the package to:

If we are unable to process your refund using the credit card or payment type on the order, a refund check will be sent. Please allow two weeks for the check to arrive after your return is received. Sorry, shipping-and-handling rates are not refundable.
Are items listed on your receipt missing from the package?
