Author Information:
Take a close look at Eileen Roche's heart and you may just find tiny patches of embroidery scattered about. Entranced by the texture and sheen of thread on fabric, over the years she's stitched her way into the embroidery hall of fame, launching her magazine Designs In Machine Embroidery (DIME) in the process. In addition to being editor of her magazine, today Eileen is an author, designer, instructor, and web personality to be reckoned with. Much of her success has been attributed to her effervescent, infectious attitude, and her central tenet: that stitching embroidery, above all else, should be fun.
  • The included CD offers block guideline designs: this means all you have to do is position fabrics on the machine-stitched guidelines and your block will quickly come together with perfect seams all around
  • Finish the look by adding accent designs during the embroidery process, or afterwards with a dimensional embroidery technique
  • Multiformat CD includes 23 embroidery designs:
    • 3 crazy quilt block designs in three sizes each: 1(5" x 5"), 1 (7" x 7"), 1 (8" x 8")
    • 6 designs to create a wristlet, eyeglass case, and clutch (8" x 12" hoop required)
    • 12 accent designs (4" x 4" hoop)
    • 9 embroidery formats: ART, C2S, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3
  • System requirements: This CD requires a personal computer and a transfer medium to load designs to embroidery machine. (Examples of a transfer medium include floppy disk, flash drive, reader/writer system with memory card or sewing machine software.)
  • Note: Designs CD requires a DVD-ROM drive
